Masterclass Expert
Milda is an MSc registered nutritional therapist, who since 2016 has supported hundreds of women (and men) in her practice towards overcoming binge eating, disordered eating and weight management, as well as optimising nutrition. After her own struggles with eating disorders and full recovery, she has made it her mission to support people with changing relationship with food and improve their nutrition, physical and mental health.
