Milda is an MSc Registered Nutritional Therapist who, since 2016, has supported hundreds of women and men in overcoming disordered eating and optimizing their health through personalised nutrition. She has a particular interest in ADHD and neurodivergence, having seen first-hand the profound difference that tailored nutrition can make for focus, energy, and emotional regulation. Milda’s approach combines evidence-based nutrition with practical, real-world strategies, helping clients create sustainable changes that support both body and brain.
